The "Saving" is the amount you save by choosing a package instead of paying for each session, assessment, and support service separately. We bundle everything into a complete monthly plan to give you better value, clear structure, and faster results — at a reduced total cost.

We understand that life happens. Depending on your chosen plan, you can pause your package (1× or 2× per month) for up to 7 consecutive days. To activate a freeze, simply notify us via priority/standard messaging support at least 48 hours before the upcoming week.

The DUO option allows you to bring a partner or friend to train with you under our guidance, while keeping all communication and package adjustments under your account as the main package holder. This is an additional add‑on, available for an extra fee (see package details). The exact arrangement (e.g., session schedule, shared or separate goals) will be discussed and agreed upon before your order. Please note:All messaging support, homework recommendations, progress tracking, and any plan changes remain with the person who purchased the package.The DUO partner joins only the in‑person or online coaching sessions together with you – other services are not shared.
